At ZAUO, kids can experience making sushi at our “Children’s Sushi Class.” What do you say to feeding your mother, father, grandmother, and grandfather your handmade sushi!?

    You change into the uniforms provided by ZAUO!
  2. STEP2
    You begin making sushi! It’s easy for kids too! The instructor will teach you nicely how to make sushi.
  3. STEP3
    Finally, you get to eat the sushi you’ve made!
    It’s that simple! Even with a full stomach, from all the excitement, you’ll eat the sushi you’ve made in seconds!
  4. STEP4
    Finally, you will receive a “Sushi Class Diploma!”

A reservation is needed (No later than previous day by phone and 3 days prior for e-mail).
Ingredients for Sushi topping may be subject to change in accordance with the purchasing situation.
Please let us know in advance the special consideration such as food allergy or restriction.

    Remarks
    With gifts such as an original T-shrit certifying you as Sushi chef, Japanese towel with a spotted pattern for headband, Certificate of Sushi Chef and the souvenir photograph. The workshop is being held in the children Sushi booth limited to Zauo Namba Main Branch!!!

    Contents /Food Menu
    Introduction of fish, quick sea bream fishing contest, and observation of sea bream processing,
    Sushi making experience: 5 pieces of sushi, mini monkfish salad, squid shao mai, assorted fried food, steamed egg custard, sea bream miso soup, and dessert.
    *We may not have any horse mackerel in stock at this time. In that case, we will substitute another fish.

    With lecture about fishes, a speed-fishing competition of horse mackerel and observation of a special cutting method of horse mackerel and sea bream. Sushi Making Experience with 5 pieces of Sushi Small salad, squid steamed dumpling and assorted deep-fried dish Sashimi of Horse Makerel, deep-fried fish bones of Horse Makerel, Chawanmushi (a satory steamed egg custard with assorted ingredients), Miso soup with Sea Bream and dessert

    Fishing experience of Horse Mackerel and observation of a special cutting method of Horse Mackerel. A whole horse mackerel, Sushi Making Experience with 5 pieces of Sushi,assorted deep-fried dish, dessert and a drink. A toy for children is also provided.
